My name is Swapnil Tembe. I am a public servant by profession. I graduated from IIT Kharagpur in 2009. Worked in Deloitte consulting for 2 years. Realised that public service was my thing. Joined ITBP as Assistant Commandant in 2013. Joined Indian Revenue Service(IRS) in 2014. And then Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 2015. Rural development is what I want to pursue and contribute to. Thus was born this Model village project.
