Voluntarism is one of the core values of the Model Village Project and in line with that we are happy to share that few youngsters from District Headquarters had volunteered to go to Daribokgre model village and to teach the youth there basic communication skills.
In fact, when they reached the village, they observed that even the adults had a desire to learn something. So therefore, after teaching the youth during the daytime, our volunteers decided to teach the adults during the night time. The village has given a great response to this idea of people coming there and helping them learn. They have expressed their desire to see more people like that in the future and to learn from them.
Therefore, we look forward to more volunteers not just from the district but from elsewhere too coming to the village and contributing towards the learning curve of the villages.
